We are a people who are ALONE NO MORE
1 Corinthians 1:3-4 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God.

ALL ARE WELCOME - COME AS YOU ARE & WHO YOU ARE
The Vineyard. A place of common people, who desire to advance the Kingdom of God as the Kingdom of God and not man. Advancing the Kingdom by faithful patient obedience, empowered by God to act in concert with Him. Operating on glimpses of what is needed by divine vision and visitation. A people of choice, who choose God first in their life. Full of hope for the world with practical solutions to life's problems. Planted as a Tree to provide shade from life's hardships. Full of joy and purpose that transcends their lives. Legendary in their time. Compassionate acts fueling the reality of the Gospel in an age of Agnosticism, Hopelessness, and Helplessness.

End of Summer Celebration & Volunteer Fair 2008
Monroe Vineyard Church hosted an End of Summer Celebration on August 23rd at St. Mary's Park. It was a great success with hundreds of folks joining us to eat hot dogs, chips, and cold drinks. In addition we were joined with the Volunteer Coalition of Monroe which included United Way, Habitat for Humanity, Big Brothers Big Sisters, the American Red Cross, the Girls Scouts, MCOP, Sunrise House, The Center and Great Start. They provided an chance for folks to see the volunteer opportunities and services of these organizations. We had a moon walk, face painting, balloon animals and more for the kids. We were entertained musically by the Monroe Vineyard Worship Band and Choir Visible from Owosso.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to love the people God brings across our path. That is the measure of our success. With the love of God and His power working in a real way through us and amongst us, we offer God's healing to all who have hurts, including ourselves. We want to become disciples of Jesus, people who learn what is important in life and then do those things. We exist to serve God, one another and those in Monroe. We also want to reach out to those in need, feeding the hungry, visiting the lonely, and providing family to those who need family. We want to be church, a family of God, in a real, non-religious, no hype way, loving and serving a real God as real people with real lives.
